Job Description
Director of Quality Management needed for District of Columbia hospital. The DQM plans, implements and facilitates the performance improvement program and CQI activities for the hospital; educates medical and hospital staff and the governing body; assists department managers with medical staff committee preparations and oversees all regulatory body surveys, such as, JCAHO, State Licensing Review and HCFA CMS Validation surveys. Clinical education and infection control experience preferred. The successful candidate will have experience in quality management as a director, clinical education and infection control experience preferred. Masters preferred. Valid RN license is preferred, but not required.
