CRNA needed to work in Miami, FL, for a major Health Facility/Surgery Center. Opportunity available for a Nurse Anesthetist within the Department of Anesthesiology and university hospital located on our medical campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for pre-operative assessment of the surgical patient. Administers anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist via inhalation of parenteral route and the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients. Maintains constant care of the patient by observing, interpreting, and recording blood pressure, EKG, oxygen saturation, end tidal CO2, anesthetic concentration, and temperature, as appropriate, while watching for any significant physical changes or unfavorable condition in the patient. In consultation with the anesthesiologist, takes any necessary action as determined by these changes or conditions. Keeps the surgeon informed of significant changes or events occurring intra-operatively. Salary is $55-$88 per hour.
